We’ll talk through your wedding, your style, your priorities, and answer any initial questions so you can understand what working together would feel like.

Once we have a good understanding of your vision, we will head back to discuss your design with the team. From there, you’ll receive an initial quote in your email, including next steps.

Most couples secure their place on our calendar with a 50% deposit at this stage and receive a complimentary sample pack to experience our materials firsthand.

Once booked, we meet for a second, more in-depth 30-minute Zoom consultation. This is where we align on design direction, wedding details, priorities, timeline, and overall feel. We’ll guide you through wording, etiquette, quantities, and structure so nothing feels uncertain or overlooked.

Based on your timeline, our art department schedules a brief confirmation call, and your first design draft is delivered within 48 hours.

You’ll have up to three rounds of revisions included, allowing space for thoughtful feedback while keeping the process moving smoothly. Throughout this phase, our team handles proofreading, formatting, and quality control.

Once designs are approved, we move into production. Printing, finishing, and shipping are carefully managed by our team, with delivery via USPS Priority, available across the United States and Puerto Rico. For International orders, we use UPS.

Custom invitations are designed from the ground up. We begin with a blank canvas and create a completely original design tailored to your wedding, from artwork to typography to layout.

Semi-custom invitations are curated designs. You select a collection you love, and we professionally personalize and refine it for you.

Both are handled by our team. The difference lies in the level of creative development and collaboration.
