Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using liliweds.com operated by LiliWeds LLC. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Intellectual Property: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LiliWeds LLC. All stationery designs available for purchase on liliweds.com are unique and created by LiliWeds LLC. These designs are protected by copyright and cannot be copied, shared, or reproduced anywhere else without explicit permission from LiliWeds LLC.

2. Returns and Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our products, each item is unique to the customer, and as such, LiliWeds LLC does not accept returns or offer refunds. We encourage customers to carefully review and approve digital samples before finalizing orders.

3. Shipping Terms:

a. Shop Products: Shipping time is up to 5 business days. You will be notified when the parcel has left us. The transit time depends on the delivery address provided and can be between 1-5 business days.

b. Customized Products: Shipping time is up to 20 working days from the moment we receive final approval of the digital sample sent via email. You will be notified when the parcel has left us. The transit time depends on the delivery address provided and can be between 1-5 business days.

LiliWeds LLC. reserves the right to amend the delivery term.

4. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Changes: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Somos Lili y Walde, un feliz matrimonio que disfruta de crear arte para uno de los días más especiales de la vida, ¡el día de su boda! 🎉

LiliWeds comenzó extraoficialmente en 2015. Mientras planeábamos nuestra propia boda, luchamos por encontrar artículos de papelería de boda que nos representaran a nosotros y nuestra vibra. Pronto aprendimos que, si queríamos tener una invitación especial, una que realmente estuviera a tono con nuestro estilo de boda, tendríamos que hacerla nosotros mismos.

Un año después de nuestra boda, decidimos que queríamos ayudar a otras parejas a tener la papelería de sus sueños también, sin tener que pasar por todas las dificultades que nosotros enfrentamos al crear la nuestra. Estos últimos 7 años han estado llenos de amor, risas y #lágrimasfelices que en su mayoría se derraman cuando leemos sus encantadores comentarios y respuestas por correo electrónico . Nos llena de alegría ver como nuestro ARTE ha sido parte de más de 1,000 hermosos matrimonios.
